HOW DO I RESERVE A VEHICLE?
Once you have received our quotation an agreed deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit can be paid via credit / debit cards or a UK cheque.
On receiving your deposit we will send you full confirmation of your hire. You should check the details of the hire carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions. Please download our booking form here
Security of your information

Its always difficult to give accurate prices for journeys but the following list may assist to give a general indication of approximate costs for Airport Transfers

WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?
The balance is to be paid in FULL 7 Days PRIOR to the supply of our services. Balance is taken from the same credit / debit card, initially used to pay the deposit (unless otherwise indicated) Payment via cheque must be received by us with not less than 14 days prior to the hire date.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Unfortunately yes, should you have to cancel your booking, you should advise us as soon as possible, followed by a confirmation e-mail or in writing.
- Cancellation 7 days prior to hire - Deposit less £25 for admin charges
- Cancellation up to 1 day prior to hire time - 25% of expected hire charge
- Cancellation less than 2 working hours prior to hire time - 100% of expected hire charge
- Working hours are deemed to be between the hours of 8am - 5pm
DO WE MAKE CHARGES FOR CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING?
If the changes are of a minimal nature then we will not make a charge. If the changes alter the general structure of the booking then charges are made at the applicable rate to that hire.
IS THE HIRE PRICE GUARANTED?
The cost of vehicle hire is guaranteed providing that the payment schedule for the hire is adhered to and the original structure of the hire is not altered.
VEHICLES?
We reserve the right to substitute any car in the event of a breakdown prior to any booking. We will endeavour to supply a vehicle of equal quality, if this is not possible we will make an adjustment to the price accordingly. If the car should breakdown during your journey the chauffeur will contact us to arrange car/cars to get you to your destination as soon as practical.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We shall supply all the inclusions of the hire as specified in the confirmation of booking.
CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS
Safety of our passenger s is of utmost importance to us therefore we reserve the right to protect them. We will refuse travel, to anyone that we deem to present a danger or nuisance to our passengers or employees. No compensation or refund shall be made to anyone requested to leave the vehicle under such conditions.
LUGGAGE INFORMATION
In general, our vehicle’s luggage limitation runs to 2 normal sized suitcases plus 1 piece of hand luggage. We will endeavour to accommodate all your luggage requirements. Please note that we cannot guarantee to carry everything asked of us, but we will endeavour to do our best .
SMOKING POLICY
As our customers will be traveling in a luxury vehicle, we request that passengers reserve smoking for “smoking rooms” only.
PARKING & TOLLS
All Parking and tolls will be charged at cost, and added to the final hire fee. We will never add on any additional mark-up.
ALTERNATIVE VEHICLE
If a Rolls- Royce is not able to satisfy your demand for quality, then we have a Beautiful Audi A6, providing a less expensive, but none the less spectacular experience for your event. Usual Bennet’s refinements are of course included.
PRICING
A deposit is required when making your booking, use our secure server here. All bookings must be paid for in full, prior to date, that the vehicle is required. Minimum of 1 hour to be booked, any additional hours or part of to be charged for at the hourly rate. All prices quoted are not subject to VAT.
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately deposits are non refundable. Less than 48 hours notice, the full charge is applicable.
Please note that in the event of unforeseen, circumstances which are beyond our control it may prove necessary to substitute your chosen vehicle for one of similar model or colour. It would be an extreme set of Circumstances for this to occur and you would be notified prior to the hire, of any changes.
However, every effort will be made to supply the vehicle model and colour of choice
